Midwest Moulding & Door Inc., located in Green Bay, WI, is a family owned business with an experienced sales staff that has been assisting Northeast Wisconsin and the greater Fox Valley area's homebuilders, remodelers, architects, and homeowners in residential and commercial markets since 1978.
With our continued growth we are looking to add an Inside Sales Associate to our team.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Meet with walk individual and contractor sales.
- Prepare estimates and cut sheets for projects.
- Effectively manage all jobs through to completion including processing orders, estimating, ordering, pulling and invoicing orders.
- Must be personable and be able to adapt to all clients.
- Answer customer questions and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ability to make recommendations that work for the client.
- Negotiate with customers on pricing or issues.
- Build trusting relationships with vendors and ensure best possible pricing
- Provide technical support to operations.
- Prepare sales quotes in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update showroom floor and design center.
- Work with technical support team to update company website with new product offerings.
- Design and maintain the new builder’s catalog.
- Associate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a minimum of one year experence in MIllwork/Finish Construction Sales.
- Strong analytical skills – accurately evaluate detailed specifications.
- Able to read blueprints is required for this job.
- Cost estimating experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Well-developed interpersonal skills. Approachable
- Knowledge of building materials.
- Organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize and possesses a high attention to detail.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- $20.00 to $26.00 an hour for 40 hour work week
- Salary positions are available after training.
